Surfing in the U.S.A.

Or maybe "boogie boarding" in the U.S.A. This is one of my favorite things about Texas, I mean besides my brother. It so easy and when you catch that one wave that takes you all the way back to the shore it makes me want to live there all the time. We are indeed masters now.

I love to see the temple.

"I'm going there someday"...that's what you should say about the Houston Temple.

I think I'll just go down to the beach tonight....

After spending a day working his brain off remembering the name of all the different types of medicines there are and poking people in the face with cotton balls, how about we just go down and play on the beach? Ok.

Daily walk to class.

Occasionally, when Ben could manage to get out of going to one of his classes, we went on campus. He would go to his class and I would go to the library to waste time on Facebook or whatever else. Since Ben isn't so good at the sharing of pictures himself, though you'd like to see where he spends most of his days. I have to say it's not a bad walk to school. I'd take palm trees over snow plows any day.

Shriners Hospital for Children

I don't remember the name of this building but it's where Ben has all of his classes.

John Seely Hopsital

My good friend the library.

This is the little courtyard in the middle of all the buildings. Good meeting place for Ben and I!

You ought to give "TEXAS" a try!

After my exiting adventure with Ben down in Texas, I have been given the commission share many photos with my family. Ben is in hopes that my siblings will follow after my suit and go visit him. The next couple posts are things that you can look forward to if you choose to follow after my PERFECT example. So let Neil Armstrong "The Cow" be the first to say, "WELCOME TO TEXAS!"

Good Morning Texas!

I'm down in Texas, on the beautiful island of Galveston to be exact, visiting my brother, Ben. I woke up this morning and we (being my brother and I) took a walk on the beach and found some fun things.

Oh how different this is from the world of Rexburg that has been my home for the last four years. I have always loved the ocean, especially the wildlife in and around it. Scuba diving is one of my life goals. Maybe another trip.

To be continued....

So I know I'm not "technically" graduated yet but pretty much there. Everything except the diploma. I do my student teaching in the fall and then I can through up that beautiful, black hat. Now I'm headed down to live in Provo for the summer, find a job, live with my sister, and just have a well deserved break. I haven't been the most dedicated of bloggers but I have made it a goal to keep my adventuring posted so my family and friends know where and what I'm doing. Here comes the summer.
